To file a Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) request:
To request all non-police records please fill out the GRAMA Request form. Please be very specific and detailed in the description of the records you are requesting. If you have any questions please call our office at 801-568-7136.
If you need to request police records, you will need to request them directly from the Police Records Division.
