Monthly Challenges

Promote peace and harmony in your home and help to ensure that there is no abuse (including verbal).
Eat together with your family at least 3 times this week.
Do something social this week with your spouse, family or friends.
Discuss with family/friends topics such as:
- Bullying
- Following Rules
- Forgiveness
- Healthy Communication Skills
- Honesty
- Sexting
Limit the use of electronic media to a maximum of 120 minutes each day (unless work or school related).
Read an inspirational, health, or self-help book.
Get or use a library card today.
