Monthly Challenges:

  1. After consultation with your doctor, avoid overuse or inappropriate use of prescription drugs.

  2. Receive the recommended 7-8 hours of sleep (10-12 hours for children).

  3. Wash hands before meals and after using the restroom.

  4. Use sun protection when outdoors.

Events & Annual Challenges:

  1. Have an annual examination and screening as prescribed by your physician.

  2. Have a bi-annual dental exam.

  3. Get an annual flu shot.

  4. Get a “Tdap” shot and other immunizations recommended by a healthcare professional.

  5. Complete a CPR or First Aid course.
